Why no aspect ratio control when casting to Chromecast?

When viewing a video in Emby's Android app there are six adjustments available under the gear icon: aspect ratio, quality, repeat mode, speed, stats for nerds, and save play queue. 

But when casting to Chromecast three disappear: aspect ratio, quality, and stats for nerds. Why? Can these be added, especially aspect ratio, since forced options for Cover and Full are essential to view some videos properly when cast to a separate device?
