images do not appear on emby android tv and fire tv

I installed emby on android tv and when installing I loaded the images and content but when I exit and enter the application it comes out like this and it does not load the content or images

and it doesn't just happen to me but to the users that I have on the server with android tv or firetv

I add a photo of how it should look taken from the browser.

every time I restart it goes like this I have to clear the cache and data and put them back for the application to work and load everything

Hi. Make sure you are connecting with an IPv4 address not an IPv6 one.

The connection is with IPv4 when setting the account to 0 it works I restart the television and the error occurs before it did not occur

That way it works for me but then he turned off the TV and it looks the same as the problem I already tried to delete the apk and reinstall on the TV and download the page that is there and it's the same

Yes In android app it works in and in browser but in android TV it fails

Is it possible to unlock the standard app? I couldn’t find a way on the shield pro. Only had the option for premiere.

Hi, on mobile devices, yes. TV layouts currently requires Emby Premiere.
