Titles all Wrong & Folder Layout Not Matching

I have my media organized in such a way that's incompatible with Emby's "intelligence".  This is on purpose since Emby's not the only application accessing the media.  I would like to turn of this feature and have Emby display content as layout out on the filesystem with no extras.  Even though I select the folder view on the app, it still attempts to organize the media, resulting in incorrect titles being mapped to the wrong files.

How do I turn this off?

In the library settings, uncheck all media metadata downloaders and fetchers.

 

Alternatively, add the library as type "Home Videos & Photos" - that way Emby will not try to identify or fetch metadata for it.
