New TV with Google TV installed. Emby Channel on Homepage is empty

My AndriodTV looks like GoogleTV at the mo.. If that makes sense.. but I still have the options there to add/remove crap or move it up/down.

 

EDIT: I just re-enabled Emby's crappy recommended widget and that still works. That widget has a old school poster aspect (could be a problem for GTV).

I've been away from home a couple of days and I got back earlier and turned the TV on.  Rather randomly, that channel full of grey blobs has now vanished.

And I checked again late last night and the the channel has now returned, grey blobs and all.

Hello, I have a similar problem. On my TCL on Google TV Emby does not display images in the feed. Did you manage to solve this problem? I use a universal app on Android.

No I didn't fix it in the end, I ended up getting a whole new TV instead.
