Live TV Playback fails with VAAPI HW transcoding

Using the official emby server docker image, I'm getting a no playback when attempting to use VAAPI HW transcoding for Live TV. I will just have the spinning wheel then maybe 5-10 seconds jump back to the guide sometimes with a playback error, sometimes without.

This is attempting through a browser. Using the Emby for Android app will allow direct play; if I force it to transcode (reduce resolution) it works but it doesn't seem to be using the HW transcoding (don't see any fluctuation using radeontop, unless this isn't the right approach)

Note:

1. Odd, I attempted to play a channel in the browser, didn't work.
2. Ran the same channel on the emby for android app (direct play), worked.
3. Went back to browser and played the same channel again, didn't work;
4. Forced the same channel to transcode using emby for android, worked.
5. Played the same channel in browser, worked.
6. Still doesn't seem to be using the HW transcoder

Try to disable "Allow Hardware Transcoding" in you Live tv  -> HD Homerun config.

Not all HD Homerun devices have this option.

Mine don't and if enabled it's hit and mis, when streaming.
