Move data to user account from an admin account (but keep admin acc)

I have to apologize up front as I know this answer must already be here somewhere, but my searching skills have failed me spectacularly. Variations of "import watched data" or "migrate data", gives me a ton of threads on moving from Plex, moving computers, recovering from data crashes, etc but not the info I am looking for.

I have lifetime premiere and came back to Emby to test out the skip into feature for my girlfriend. She likes it so much that Emby is back in our rotation. However I made a mistake. I set her up on an admin account for testing because I was half-assing it. Now I'd like to create a user account for her and import her data to that account (at least her watched data), but keep her original admin account intact. Is there an easy way to do this which does not involve Trakt or deploying yet another docker app?

[Sorry, I can no longer edit my OP]

Additionally, is there a way to keep her new user account watched data synced to the old admin account? Doesn't have to be automatic or live. Its fine if she has to do a (non-complex, push here type of solution) manual process when she needs it to be synced.

Thanks!

Use Server Configuration Backup plugin (or Backup & Restore as it is called recently, depending on server version).

There is no such thing as an "admin account" - it's an account with admin privileges; so why not just make her a new account, give it admin privileges, and then remove the admin privileges from her existing account?

Juts to confirm this tool can restore data from one account to a new account? There is an option for that?

I have a few scripts and things using that account to work with our entertainment stack that need the admin privileges, which is why I asked this question. The work required to re-do those for a new account is just not worth it. Though that would be the best solution if that wasn't the case, thanks!
