Posters and related metadata simply refuse to show up...

Hi folks I wanted to try emby before switching to premiere but here are a few things I need to address:

All my libraries were fine but I noticed some logos and backgrounds were missing for my harry potter movies so I decided to run a metadata refresh, what happens now is that all the movies for said library have missing posters or they simply have the regular preview thumbnails as one would have in file explorer.

I could choose one manually but it certainly goes against the idea of automation if one has a lot of titles. It wouldn't be a solution that should be offered by default but rather the exception when you have that one occasional niche movie without metadata. For something as mainstream as Harry Potter I shouldn't have to overthink it in my humble opinion.

The only problem is that I am also unable to see the offered replacements for fan art when I try to search for it manually. I get presented with blank pictures instead.

Another thing that is not working is the 'identify' feature that refuses to work even when I had the exact moviedb, tvdb, or imdb movies codes and even when I tried searching by title it did not work. Simply finds nothing. If I use '675' which is the exact code for 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix', it returns nothing, same for the codes of the other databases.

I also tried deleting the library and re adding it several times while using every possible combination of settings at creation time but it did not change anything either. Also tried restarting the server, the computer, clearing the browser cache amongst many others.

Before I get the famous automated message about the log xD here it is in the attachment. I also added pertinent images in the hope I will get this solved because I really want this to work.

It was all working well for the most part previously and I did not change anything.

this seems to be vpn related, I had emby server, emby theater and emby tray on split tunneling yet when I disabled it it finally worked, apologies for the trouble, that being said is there any other process I could split tunnel as well so I can use the vpn at the same time?

The exceptions and split tunneling may not work if the vpn does not support them with dual stack sockets:

Yeah I ended up finding the same topic, so as a permanent solution I moved the server to another machine that does not need a vpn, I realized it would save me a lot of hassle. I ended up getting premiere regardless as it was working all fine and dandy outside of that. Thanks again.
