Auto Added Existing File with suffix "- mobile"

Hello, hope all is well. I just wanted to check if what I am seeing on my server is "normal" and I am just unaware of a feature or if it is indeed a breach from the outside. Basically I found that a "new" movie was added to the server however it was a movie that was already on there with the suffix of - mobile ("Your Favorite Movie Title - mobile"). I did not add any new files within the last 24 hours as I am the only one with access to do so. I do not have any screenshots but I have since deleted the new file and shut down the server until I can find additional info. Did I some how trigger an event to auto do this or have I been somehow phished??? Any and all feedback will be helpful. Thank you.

Hi, sounds like you setup a conversion job. Check the Conversions section of the server dashboard where you can see a list of jobs that have been created, and cancel any undesired ones.

It is also worth checking the users permissions - as if the 2nd tick below is active, the user may choose a download quality and they subsequently may have created a 2nd -mobile copy BUT that should not exist in the main library.   It should only exist for them.

Really need to see a log before commenting further...
