cannot save playback progress and cannot mark playback status

Start up EMBYSERVER, the client cannot save the playback progress, nor can it mark the playback status. After restarting EMBYSERVER several times, it will return to normal. How to fix this problem has happened in several versions. The current version is 4.7.13.0.

Hi.  Please provide a server log from when you did that.  Also, are there any errors in the browser console?
