FlowCode 1 Posted July 25, 2023 Posted July 25, 2023 Hi, Apologies for the late reply. Removing the plugins was the solution to initiating a library scan. It took forever, more than 36 hours but its done. However, a new problem appeared which I couldn't figure out how to solve. I installed YTrailer to have local trailers for my movies, which it downloaded, but when I try to play some movies, it plays different trailer for different movies, every time I do it for the same movie, it will play a different trailers. For example, Green Book, I tried to play it 4 times, every time a different trailer plays instead. I checked the path and its correct, pointing to Green Book movie files, but still, everytime I try to play it, it will play a different trailer of a random movie I have. Would you please advise how can I solve such issue. Waiting for your usual support. Much appreciated.
FlowCode 1 Posted July 25, 2023 Author Posted July 25, 2023 (edited) Following up, It appears that any movie I play it would play a random trailer instead. Except movies that I have partially watched, it will continue to play from where I stopped. But any other movie I play for the first time, it will play a random trailer instead. embyserver (3).txt Edited July 25, 2023 by FlowCode Attached Log for Reference

If you are using the Cinema Intros feature, that's exactly what it is supposed to do - just like a real Cinema. If you want to play the trailer for the movie instead, you click the "Trailers" button on the detail screen.
FlowCode 1 Posted July 25, 2023 Author Posted July 25, 2023 Very much appreciated. Already turned off cinema intro and it all worked good. Thanks for your usual support 1
Luke 42083 Posted July 27, 2023 Posted July 27, 2023 Did you forget that you enabled Cinema Intros, or did you think it would do something else?
