Can't find SRT subtitles for Anime

Hey!

As the title says, I can't find subtitles in .srt format for my anime content, but somehow it works when I do it on Jellyfin?
I have tried it now on multiple anime with the same issue. Emby just show me subtitles in .ass format, while Jellyfin in .srt which I prefer because then I can use Emby's inbuilt subtitle appearance.
I'm starting to give up here, so any help would be really appreciated

Hi, does the metadata editor show the correct season and episode number for the episode? Can you show a screenshot of that? Thanks.

make sure both titles match exactly except for the .srt at the end of course for the subs and it should show up. I just tested this
