Refresh internet channels issue

hi my server keeps getting stuck at 33.3% when refreshing internet channels which is important for my podcasts i will attach my log please help

It looks like your i drive is offline.

even after removing channels , and podcast feeds its still stuck at 33.3 even after a restart when i trigger it to refresh it gets stuck at 33.3

update: the problem seems to be tune in radio so untill this issue is fixed i will have to keep it uninstalled !
