No Auto Play Next Episode?

in my case it's weird, all the episodes are correctly named, if i click next it will read the next episode, but won't auto next after a few seconds

 

On chrome, maybe extensions can block this behaviour? idk

Every time when an episode of modern family will finish, the next episode button will like load and stay halfway light and dark grey

But sometimes on my local emby I have this issue, sometimes i don't, not sure how/why (also my server is up to date)
