3.3.19 top menu bar

In horizontal view on a TV, the top menu bar goes missing when you view details of a TV episode and use back button on remote for home screen. Forces reliance on the stupid new left hand menu bar.

If this is by design, I'm reverting my emby versions back and removing auto update on LG and others in case this left menu trojan/malware intends to infect everything in the future.

Although I was annoyed initially thinking its a design change, I actually think it's a bug because it's random in disappearing but easy to reproduce just by navigating into Genres and back again to home screen in horizontal view on a TV. The top menu bar just doesn't show at this point.
