Guide data missing for just one channel

Hi

Emby guide data has been working fine for years without an issue.

Recently, one of the channels no longer shows any guide data.  It just says 'To Be Announced' for every time period.

The affected channel is ITV HD, channel 103.  All other channels including other HD channels show up to date guide data.  Attached is a screenshot of the guide  data

I've tried refreshing guide data, updating Emby server to 4.7.13 and restarting Emby server but nothing fixed it.

Any ideas how I can get guide data back for this channel?

I'm using Emby Guide data

Lineup is Local Over The Air Broadcast

Postcode is GU1

I've not changed anything here for a long time and its always worked until now for just this one channel

Hi.  That must be coming from the provider that way because we don't insert that type of thing. Perhaps the station is undergoing a change of some sort and the data just isn't available (yet).

The issue has resolved itself now.  Guess it must have been an issue with the provider and they've fixed it.

yeah had this yesterday too. but now fixed. it was the same with schedules direct data
