BUG: Cosmetic bug about the Notifications section

Hi,

I'm unsure if I'm the first person to report this cosmetic bug. I attempted to search the forum, but couldn't find any relevant results on the first few pages. Allow me to explain the issue:

I'm currently using version 4.7.13.0 on Docker/Linux. When I click on the "Notifications" section, it fails to highlight in green, indicating that it's been selected.

To replicate the problem, please follow these steps:
1. Select the "Logs" section - it should turn green to signify selection.
2. Next, choose the "Notifications" section. While the section loads on the right side, the selection doesn't change to green.
