cochize1 55 Posted July 15, 2023 Posted July 15, 2023 I am not sure if I have just noticed it or it was always like that, but I can't see progress on users actve sessions under reverse proxy. Whan I check my dashboard on my local network it all looks fine, I can see the progress bar move when the user is watching the movie. But when I check the same under the mydomain.com over reverse proxy, the url my users connect to my server with, I can only see the static progress bar (not updating every second). Only after refreshing the browser (F5) I can see the actual progress or if new stream has started. Not sure if that's something I have just noticed or the fact that I have just updated my Synology DMS to 7.2 and my emby package accordingly. My reverse proxy looks like this, pretty common:

cochize1 55 Posted July 16, 2023 Author Posted July 16, 2023 I am not using NGINX but the tip for using web socket did the trick (I simply added Web Socket in Custom Header in Reverse Proxy section of my Synology), thanks. 1
