Fire TV stops responding

2 of my Fire TVs stop responding as I cursor down the home screen. This behavior doesn't happen on the PC that is using the same server and credentials. Also am I missing the Fire TV sub? I couldn't find it listed and with it being an Amazon device I posted here.
