Is it possible to do custom translations on server?

There are a few things I would like to change in the Norwegian language.

I can see that the language files are .json files. But I cant find the one for IPTV plugin (Not LIVE TV)

I also found out that the .json file for Norwegian language was wrongly named "nb.json". I changed it to "no.json" and i now got a more complete translation.
