Fixing Fast Forward and Resume on Android TV app / Nvidia Shield Pro

Hello - I have been trying out Emby on my Nvidia Shield TV Pro, and it seems to be unable to resume or fast forward after a file has been paused.

I'm running the server on a Windows PC with a library on an external hard drive. Server version  4.7.13.0

I don't have the Shield on right now, but I believe it's app version ended in 83g. I have attempted to sideload by manually downloading the apk, but I don't think this changed the version at all. (Secondary question - where can I see the latest Android TV app versions? The download page doesn't seem to show them and the filename has no indication: https://emby.media/emby-for-android-tv.html)

The video/audio format of the file I was playing is below, in case this helps. Any help on fixing this issue would be great.

Hi there, let's look at an example. Please attach the information requested in how to report a media playback issue.  Is that item really only 620Kbps?
