Add to playlist: indicate in which playlists the item already is

With my knowledge, it is not currently possible from the Add to playlist pop-in to see in which playlist(s) the item has already been added.

It could give useful information and save tons of clicks when actively building playlists, and prevent adding the same item multiple times to the same playlist.

HI, for others reading, the upcoming 4.8 release will have a confirmation to avoid adding duplicates.
