Emby Not Converting and/or Downloading Videos

I was getting ready to travel and I wanted to finish up a TV series, and watch a couple movies while I was on the planes.

I hit download on everything then went to bed.  When I checked in the morning only half was actually on my phone.  When I checked the status on my phone it says "Ready to Transfer", and when I look in Conversion on the server it says "Downloaded".  One of the movies just outright failed.

I removed everything from my phone and the server and tried one TV show and one movie.  I went to the episode and clicked the Download icon and select 4mbps.  For the movie I selected the Download To and my phone was listed, and I again selected 4mbps.  Neither are appearing in the Conversions now.

Am I doing something wrong?

I am headed back home tomorrow evening and would like to get some of this working before I go.
