Emby real time scan additions to media library not working?

Hi, I'm running Emby version 4.7.13.0 on Synology 7.2-64561, I have noticed new additions to media library are not showing up (usually it takes up to few minutes after adding new files); now I have to push manually media library scan for new movies to show up.

Has anything changed from 4.7.12 Emby? It was working fine before

I'm rude neanderthal to begin with, so you might just as well spare the effort. 

Anyway, you've reached inotify limit:

I won't give up on anyone, even you, GrimReaper. Contrary is my default response. 

Anyway, thanks for pointing out the problem, I have heard of it before, but I thought it's occurrence is more prominent in Emby server management.
