Conversion status is incorrect

There seems to be a bug with the conversion status display. When going to download a movie, on my device I see download status as:

But on the server's dashboard it shows. 

Obviously the progress isn't 0%. I don't know if this is an app or server issue, but can whatever needs to be updated, get updated so we can actually see the correct progress on the device?
