Problema reproducción canales tv iPhone iPhone tv channel playback pro

Desde hace unas semanas me resulta imposible entrar a los canales de tv en mi IPhone, se queda cargando sin dar respuesta. En los demás dispositivos todo correcto. Alguna sugerencia
