Can't Stream after cloned boot drive

Yesterday I upgraded my boot drive from a 40gb SSD to a 128 SSD and cloned the 40 to the 128.

MBC is running on my HTPC in my living room. Prior to the new cloned 128 SSD we were able to stream to various clients no problem. Now it won't stream, I've tried to stream to ChromeCast and our iPhones, neither work. I can see all my media on the iOS App, and it acts as if it's going to play the media, but then just hangs on 0:00 and never plays. When sending to ChromeCast it appears like it's going to play the media, shows the background image and also gets no further than 0:00.

Works fine on the HTPC which is also the MB Server.

Version: 3.0.5395.0

Update:

I reset the Playback Transcoding folder and then restarted the Server and that solved the issue.

I previously had it on a different drive and switched it to the SSD now that there is more space.
