Zelbinian 4 Posted July 2, 2023 Posted July 2, 2023 I've added a few shows to the server now with no issues... until now. For some reason it doesn't like Firefly! Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Here is what I have done, in order I have named the show the same as I have others that Emby has processed correctly: {TV Folder}/Show Name (Year)/Season #/Ep - Title I attached a screenshot showing the folder/file name structure that also captures the files from another show that Emby correctly processed. I have also attached what the result is in Emby After it didn't upload automatically, I manually linked TheTVDB. When That didn't work, I also manually linked IMDb and a few others. I manually requested Emby refresh the metadata (including allowing it to replace pictures) I would attach a log but Emby did not seem to create one after I requested the metadata refresh.
Luke 42078 Posted July 3, 2023 Posted July 3, 2023 Hi, please try using the Identify feature and see if that helps. If it doesn't, then please attach the emby server log. Thanks.
Zelbinian 4 Posted July 3, 2023 Author Posted July 3, 2023 I tried the Identify feature. Even tried restarting the server, it's just not finding it. Even when I fill in the IDs for multiple services. I've attached what I think are the relevant logs. Please let me know if you need anything else. embyserver.txt embyserver-63823929401.txt

A couple of things, your logs are full of port map errors -- if you are not using UPnP to open up ports I would try uninstalling the 'Port Mapper' plugin and restarting your server. Additionally, you have a number of time out errors to various external sources, eg. Is there anything that could be blocking outbound connections? VPN, firewall, etc? 1
Zelbinian 4 Posted July 3, 2023 Author Posted July 3, 2023 Thanks for helping to figure that out... I won't be a Linux noob forever, I promise!
Zelbinian 4 Posted July 14, 2023 Author Posted July 14, 2023 A reboot of the server (the computer, not just emby) fixed the it but it took me a bit to figure out why. Now I know - a VPN killswitch that I didn't know was on. Derp. 1
