Apple Watch not playing any music

Fresh Emby server setup 

Newly installed Emby Premier key.

Rebooted Watch and IPhone. 

This particular watch is an LTE model so streaming should do just fine away from the phone. However, both are on my local network atm. I can control the phone from the watch but the watch itself wont play music. Upon selecting a song, the screen just sits there with options greyed out. I've deleted and reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work. Am I missing something?

Here is the log. I've probably messed things up by now while trying different settings. I even set up a the beta version in another VM and the same thing happened. Something appears to immediately stop the song when playing from the watch, but I have no issues with the phone.
