Intro Markers Backup & Restore issues

Besides using the Intros Backup plugin, how else would I go about backup and restoring the Intro markers? Or inserting them into the mkv files themselves and getting emby server to see and add them into its database

The reason why I m not using Intro Backup is it's not working for a certain title "One Piece". and I would add them manually with Chapter APT plugin but i don't want to do over 900 episodes if it can't be easy backup and restored

any help would be appreciated

I don't really understand how the backup 'fails' on one title ? 

The backup doesn't identify titles - it just backs them all up to either JSON files or appends the Intro data to the NFO file if you use that option.

It's 'possible' that the logic does not cater for this many episodes - but I doubt it.

Do you have another shows/series with over 99 episodes that Intro back's up ok ?

"Friends" is my control I delete the markers from an episode using chapter API then run restore backup.
and check chapter API and it restores the delete markers 

but with "One Piece" nothing gets restored this show has 913 episodes but i only have one episode backup

they are JSON Files this
