Audio Lip Sync Is Lagging And Needs Advanced

I just downloaded a couple of HD and UHD lip sync test videos to try on my gaming pc. It seems the audio is lagging slightly and i cant fix this as my receiver only allows you to delay audio not to advance it. Its been like this for a while but today i was able to prove my suspicions of the audio lagging. Im using win 11 and Theatre 3.0.20. My gaming pc is high spec so there is not any performance issues.  I also get it when using the Samsung tv app. Its direct playing from a usb hard drive on the gaming pc. Do you guys have any idea how to fix this?

Thanks for your reply. I think it was something to do wit my set up, i have managed to figure it out and things are as they should be. Thanks again.
