مشاكل التشغيل بعد التحديث 4.7.13

السلام عليكم 

 

تم التحديث الي 4.7.13 من يومين ولاحظت مشاكل عند تشغيل البرنامج, لم تكن موجودة قبل التحديث

عند تشغيل البرنامج يتم التشغيل ببطئ و بعض المرات لا يتشتغل (علما انه السيرفر شغال )

ولاكن علي اعادة تشغيل البرنامج من الايفون اكثر من مره و حتى من متصفح الانترنت

Hi Luke, hope you having a good day

 

so i got the server on IMac and everything was working fine and smoothly with ( iphone app and chrome browser ) but 2 days ago i updated the Emby server and since that sometimes i can connect to the server through the app or web

saying that my server not online ( connection failure )

but when i close the app and reopen again couple of time i got my connection established 

Also not so fast like it used to be, it keep the emby logo for quite some time ( attached image )

 

also when am watching a movie and another user login and want to watch we both keep getting buffering .

hello ... yes i can and through the local network works fine

i tried to change the Public Port and set it back again and now its working fine, with 2 usernames and 2 different iPhone no buffering and smooth app starting .

 

i will try tomorrow morning again and i will update you .

hey Luke, yeah about that all i did is changing the public port and set it back again, then its all good
