Unable to access server externally through app.

Hello!

Thought I would dust off my forum account since I am having a strange issue. 

TLDR: I am unable to access my server via Emby Connect. I have removed and added the user to my Emby Connect account and ensured port forwarding has not changed. 

TL: So I have not been using Emby much externally lately and decided to go on a road trip. While on the road I attempted to log in and was unable to connect. When I got back home I found If I go to my external IP I can log in without a problem. I have checked my router settings and they have not changed, port forwarding is enabled on the same ports 8096 and 8920. Canyouseeme is clear. After logging in to my account at app.emby.media I get my server list and when I click on the server, it spins and then says " Connection Failure, We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again." I removed my email from the user account and added back, and I have also checked Windows Firewall and it looks good as well. 

Let me know what else I can do.

Solved: Turns out the parental controls on my router were blocking the "Downloads" Category on the server. Disabling this fixed the issue.
