EPG (probably) ignoring offset in XMLTV

Hello,

I'm using webgrabplus to generate my XMLTV file. Inside the file, the timestamps are correct.
Eg. it says "20230617220000 +0200" for "2023-06-18 00:00:00", or "20230617033500 +0200" for "2023-06-17 5:35:00"

Unfortunately, in emby they're shown as is without the offset, saying that "20230617220000 +0200" is actually "2023-06-17 22:00:00". The timezone on my host and the emby container is correct (Europe/Berlin / CEST).

What can I do to make emby show the EPG with the correct times?
