Updated Emby server keeps reverting to old version

I am not tech savvy. My MacBook Pro is up to date. Every time I update the Emby Server from version 4.6.7.0 to version 4.7.13.0 after a short while or if I simply just restart my MacBook Pro the Emby Server  reverts back to the old version. What is the problem ? Thanks

@Paddy5000are you still running into this? Could Apple Time machine be restoring folders to an older state?

Can you please provide an emby server log from both before and after this happens? I want to compare a few things between the two versions. Thanks !
