No Display Pictures

I have purchased Emby Premiere which works on my mobile phone and android tablet.  However on my tv, supported by an Amazon Firestick, there are no display pictures in My Media just black and white images of cine film rolls.  How can I get this?

Hi.  Check to be sure that you are connecting to your server via an IPv4 address instead of an IPv6 one.

Alternately, you can try sideloading our standard android app on the same device and see how that compares.
