Luke 42078 Posted June 21, 2023 Posted June 21, 2023 @MasterTooTwotypical causes of outgoing connections failing are firewall, security software or VPN. Can you look into those? Please let us know what you find. Thanks.

Similar to this thread where the user found they had a soft route added that was preventing connections, I would look for something that could be blocking those outbound requests. 2 minutes ago, Luke said: @MasterTooTwotypical causes of outgoing connections failing are firewall, security software or VPN. So it might caused by the Jellyfin. Thanks for all your help. BTW, is there any way to force emby to use other ports besides 8096? Then I can have jellyfin and emby simultaneously.
pwhodges 2012 Posted June 21, 2023 Posted June 21, 2023 Change the ports in the Network settings. Don't forget to add port-forwarding for the new ports in your router if you want both systems to be available remotely. Paul
