Set limit to bitrate in player

Hi guys, hope this is the right section.

I want to limit quality of stream when i open a video. I need up to 720p-4Mpbs.

I already set in "network settings" bitrate limit to 4Mbps, but in video player is shown up to 720p-10Mbps (and i don't need it).

Like in the picture, when i want to set quality, i see also more than 720p-4Mbps.

How can i solve this? Thank you very much.
