Unable to see any thumbnails for my videos that are in my emby server

I am unable to see any thumbnails for any of my videos. I have a specific directory for metadata and I refreshed the metadata thumbnail task manually. It took like 4 hrs to run and the Metadata folder is like a gig but still won't show thumbnails. Any suggestions?
