Misinthe 46 Posted June 14, 2023 Posted June 14, 2023 Hello everyone, it's happened twice already where my brother's local account gets disconnected from his Emby Connect account, and I have to manually add it so he can sign in again. Any idea why this could be happening? Thank you!

Hey Luke, suddenly he is not able to log in, then I go into the Server Settings > Users > Click on his User (which loses the cloud symbol) > and under Optional Emby Connect email address, his email just disappears, and I have to add it again so he can log in.
Solution Luke 42080 Posted June 15, 2023 Solution Posted June 15, 2023 Quote (which loses the cloud symbol) The most likely reason is he is deleting the server from the server selection screen in whatever Emby app he is using. When he does that, it also gets removed from your server.
