Went to login with my username and password and had to change password been so long. Go to log in after change and get "large font black, BANNED as the 

response. I've barely contacted emby in the past and have a long time premium supporter right from the beginning. Why I'm banned

I have no idea. I made a new account to make contact to get this fixed.

No, after I log in on the web where it says, "Sign In". I checked the FAQ only one listing there.

Are you referring to a bad login here on our backend servers?
You're not talking about a bad login to your Emby Server correct?

Do you ever use a VPN logging in here?

What was the username you tried to login with?

Hi,

I can log into my server. I went to log into the website with my username and pass and had to change it.

I wanted to look at Emby Connect.

I am logging in here. https://emby.media/index.html

I enter my username, had to reset my pass and when I did I got the "Banned" with lock icon and you do not have permission

to view this site.

My usernames work fine locally (without email address just so were clear)

Can you un-ban my account too please? I can log into my Emby server just fine as well but when I visit the site or community portion I am also Banned. [redacted]

@AbobaderIs there a way to email you personally without posting on this forum, the second email address I need the ban removed for, my wife? On June 13, I posted my personal email on the Banned topic and I can't remove that comment for some reason that shows my personal email address to everyone.

You can DM any member, there's Messages icon top-right.
