i have little problem, using Google Chromecast 4 Google TV, and cant find there emby application ... 

Can you pls help where to find or how to install app to this device ?

If it's not available in your country Play store (though wouldn't think there's geo-blocking applicable for Emby client app), you can always download AndroidTV app apk and sideload:

I fing this utterly worthless... log into my emby server with pin accepted. log into emby play on tv with pin...accepted....nothing works at all

What have you tried to do?  Have you provided your media and set up the libraries yet?
