emby app not working on LG tv 75up7760PVB - Connection Failure

Hi,
I have LG tv 75up7760PVB with firmware ver 03.34.95  , web os 6

I install emby app and try to connect with emby connect.
I can see my server name on emby client app after that but I can't login,
I get "Connection Failure – We’re unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again"

in 2 other LG TV - emby is working great with emby connect.


how can I fix this problem opn this TV?

Hi.  What happens if you enter the server address manually on that TV?

I tried to put manually the server IP address (it is not at my local network) and it's not login.

Is this your server or someone else's?

this is my server.
I can control it and change setting if needed.

What exactly happened when you tried this?

I click on the server icon and it say Connection Failure

Are you sure you entered the correct server address? What address did you enter? Where did you get it from?
