Help setting up multiple profiles in Kodi

Hoping someone can help me out. I'm using Emby for Kodi next gen with the Arctic Zephyr Reloaded skin. I've set everything up perfectly in Kodi and it's working perfectly with my Emby server. What I'm trying to figure out is how to set up an additional Kodi profile so another user on my Emby server can have access to their info as well? Every time I go to set it up, something gets messed up. I can't access the plugin... I can't keep the skin settings uniform between the profiles and more. 

Does anyone have experience in setting something up similar to this? Any advice would be welcomed. What options do I choose for media info/media sources? I'm just kind of stuck and appreciate the help.  @quickmic

What is the actual problem? You cannot setup a Kodi profile? Not sure if I can follow, Kodi profiles are absolutely straight forward. Once done, access the plugin and configure it.

When setting up the new profile it basically asks me to reinstall the plug-in and overwrite the other instance?

Disable autoupdates for Emby's Kodi repo or just say "no".
