Why Did Emby Take $30 Out Of My Bank Account Without My Permission??

Just as the title suggests. I can't post a screenshot because my banking app will not allow screenshots for security purposes, but it shows not only was the normal $4.99 fee for the monthly Emby Premiere subscription taken out (which has always been the ONLY thing I've ever paid for for several years now), but an additional $30 was withdrawn by you right directly after in a separate transaction on the same day. Not only did this overdraw one of my two bank accounts, but I absolutely DID NOT authorize this! In addition, this shut down my card, and now I have to go to my bank and clear this up! In fact, the $30 makes no sense whatsoever, since the only tiers you offer are the monthly at $4.99, the yearly at $54, and the lifetime at $119! I would appreciate an answer, ASAP!!
