Super957 24 Posted June 7, 2023 Posted June 7, 2023 (edited) Sometimes with 4K movies it happens that the movie is displayed on the screen of my samsung 75" in the way you can see in my screenshot, i.e. the screen is divided into 2 a large part and a smaller part. I try to enter in option of emby but not appear, so i try diffrent settings on tv but not solve The movie on pc run properly without this issue. Thank Hispa Edited June 7, 2023 by Super957

ebr 16187 Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 @softworkzdo you recall what was causing this previously?
softworkz 5073 Posted June 9, 2023 Posted June 9, 2023 Possibly video size alignment - i.e. width or height not being multiples of 16 or even 32, but in this case it's FHD and even though this doesn't fulfill the mentioned criteria, it's a size that every player should be able to handle. He could try different scalings - but: @Super957- Does this happen with all videos or just with those home-made intro videos? 1

For example same 4k movie play on android phone not show this problem The file snippet you posted above has a pretty odd resolution 3828 x 1592. This might pretty likely be the cause. But above you have posted an ffmpeg log where the output size is 1920x1080 which is killing the theory. Are you sure that this ffmpeg log is corresponding to one of the problematic playback attempts?
