Invalid username/password

I created a user in emby connect.  I received 2 emails, 1 that validated the account and another to say registration is complete.  I added a server and paid to unlock my emby app.  Since then, I am unable to login to Emby.  I have tried multiple devices.  I waited 5 hours incase my account was locked, but I am also not receiving any emails from Emby to suggest that my account is locked.  I just tried again after 5 hours and still invalid username/password.  I logged into the forum and changed my password, but still cannot log into this URL:  http://app.emby.media/#!/startup/manuallogin.html?serverId=a4a2008766c6481cb113abed44eb17a5

Can someone please help me.

Hi, are you connecting to your own server or someone else's?

If you have access to the server, have you created a local user account and linked your Emby Connect email address to it?

Emby is a personal media server. You must have your own server and supply your own media (or Live TV)

Hi.  Yes as seanbuff said, I didn't see in your list of actions where you had actually connected your Connect account to your server. Did you do that?
