Emby reinstall

So I had a hard crash in Windows and had to reinstall OS from scratch.  To reinstall Emby, I have this folder structure still available (along with all the files inside).  Would there be any other folders I'm missing?  I do have backups so should be able to pull anything back.

(My media is fine and on different drives).

That should be fine so long as the expected drives are available as before.  Just running the Emby exe file in the system directory should be fine without any other installation - otherwise simply copy a new system directory from a portable download over that present one.  (It's never a bad idea to back up as well, in this case simply by making a copy of those directories and their contents).

Thanks - wasn't sure if there was any cache or files stored in any other locations (like Appdata).

No, it should all be in programdata (unless you explicitly changed the paths to the cache files or transcode temp in the settings - but that shouldn't matter anyway).
