My server keeps disconnecting for some reason. It will run for an hour. Then all of a sudden stop working and I can’t get in for about 10 minutes. Eventually it resets itself. I checked it on multiple devices both inside and outside the network and I couldn’t get in anywhere for about 10 minutes. Even the local IP for the docker. This is the error that comes up when I try to play something by back stepping the menu

Hey @Luke

not sure what you mean. I tried running the app initially on the firestick, then on my iPhone, windows theater, web app, all had the same result.

HI, that's impossible, only one of our apps has that "volley" error message. You could not have seen a volley message on iphone, windows theater, etc.

What exactly happened on the iphone?

Apologies let me clarify. The volley error was only on the firestick.

however the disconnection and the server not loading was the problem that persisted across all devices. On the iPhone it just showed a connection failure when attempting to access the server.

Suspected common issue with Firestick Wifi connection:  Answer online:
Turn on the mobile phone’s wifi hotspot, let the computer connect to this hotspot. Then test again.

Possibly your WIfi TV settings may not be locked in.

All these errors can probably be solved if you plug the TV Ethernet directly to your router and not rely on Wifi.  In doing a commerical home theater setup, direct cable is always used.

Please attach the emby server log from when the problem occurred. Thanks.

As stated originally this is both an internal and external connection issue. Has nothing to do with the wifi.

Are you saying all of your devices are using Ethernet?  I didn't know iPhones had Ethernet port  😜

Wouldn’t that be a joy.

No my point is the fact that multiple devices connected from OUTSIDE the network. Either using 5G or a wired connection on another network.
