I've seen all possible tutorials, and nothing happens

I can't get outside my network on my emby server,

Quando eu clico em: Remote Access (WAN)  the page does not load

Can't reach this site45.172.80.73 took too long to respond.
Try:

check the connection
Check proxy and firewall
Run Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Can you show us what exactly you did?

I use a mesh network.
So I port forwarded through Deco x60 instead of my main router

If you have a "main router", presumably that is your connection to the Internet, so that's where the port forwarding will be necessary.  For use with a router your Deco X60 should be in Access Point mode rather than Router mode, which it seems you have set if there is port forwarding in there - Router mode will produce a double NAT situation which is just extra complication.

Perhaps you need to tell us more about your precise network setup so we can be sure of the advice to give you.

The error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT does not pop up because of a problem on the user’s end. The error in question can also originate due to issues on the server side, mainly if the website is experiencing high traffic or resource constraints, which is mostly the case with shared hosting platforms. This can also mean that too many people are trying to use your website at once. Different reasons for the error to occur are as follows:-

1) Invalid URL

2) Slow Internet connection

3) Firewall Settings

4) Server delay or error

To solve the error, there are many different ways to fix the error, which you can understand properly in detail. I hope it helps!

@camilia25this thread is over two years old so I'm pretty sure this issue has been resolved since. Please try not to necro old threads like these unless you're experiencing the same problem and can't figure it out.

I highly recommend not opening ports on your router, and in Emby turn off UPnP, and on your router, turn off UPnP unless you know what you're doing. I have a script that runs fail2ban for Emby, and as you can see very scary. The IP banned list is in the hundreds
