Emby on truenas doesn't see GPU

Hello, I looking for some help because I have an issue with Emby which I couldn't resolve for a sometime.

I running and emby official app (v. 4.7.12.0_1.0.26) on my Truenas Scale server (v. 22.12.2), and I have install an quadro P4000 GPU to do the transcoding when needed to not load the CPU. Truenas see the 1 GPU and I allocate it to Emby, but within emby I don't see it and I can't use it (I have emby premiere). Is there some driver or something I need install on truenas to get it working or what I'm missing here? Before I had an GT1030 istalled in the server just as an display output, I'm not sure if that matters.

Hi.

Thank you for the response, I looked through this page, but I didn't install Emby from docker hub, and I have no knowledge of how containers work or how to set them up. I understand that truenas is running a container, and I can access the Emby container shell, but beyond that I'm lost. I saw that it mentioned nvidia-container-runtime, I pulled that image from docker hub, but what I should do with it beyond that I again don't know.

Sorry for being difficult...

How did you configure your docker run command?

I'm having the same issue, did you ever get this working? No matter what I do, I can't get the EMBY app to recognize the GPU but plex sees it just fine.

Yes. It was a simple solution. Instead of the Truenas app I used the Truecharts emby app and everything started working without any further issues.
